Guidelines for arrival, your stay, and departure at Lyngenfjord Panorama Camping

Arrival guidelines

Booking

Bookings and payment are completed online via our website. Choose your numbered pitch directly on the map when you reserve.

Advance payment

All stays must be paid in advance according to current rates. Please wait for your booking confirmation before you enter the campground.

Check-in

Check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive late in the evening, please let us know ahead of time.

Pitch placement

Park only on your allocated pitch and keep driving lanes and the boundary to your neighbours free of equipment and vehicles.

Departure guidelines

Check-out

Check out before 11:00. Leave your pitch tidy and free of rubbish.

Settling up

Settle any additional charges before departure. Return keys, access cards, and any borrowed items to the staff.

Electricity and water

Disconnect the power supply and coil the cable. Close water taps and bring your own hoses with you.

Waste

Sort waste in the marked containers. Take other waste with you and dispose of it at an approved facility.

Driving & quiet hours

Please be considerate when leaving. Drive slowly (walking pace) and avoid unnecessary engine noise, especially between 23:00 and 07:00.

During your stay

Quiet hours

Be considerate at all times. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00; keep music and noise to a minimum overnight.

Driving on-site

Only drive at walking pace inside the campground. No driving is allowed between 23:00 and 06:00.

Open fires and barbecues

Use only designated fire pits for open flames. Set barbecues on solid ground and follow local fire regulations.

Charging electric vehicles

Charging an EV is not permitted without prior agreement with the staff.

Pets

Dogs must be on a leash and preferably walked outside the campground. Always clean up after your pet.

Ball games

Ball games are not permitted within the campground area.

Follow instructions

Follow the directions given by staff and familiarise yourself with the posted safety and fire regulations.

Be considerate

Show courtesy and respect to other guests. Intoxication, disruptive behaviour, or disturbing the peace may result in removal from the site.

Power cables and equipment

Use only intact, approved cables between the power post and your caravan or motorhome. Faulty equipment may be disconnected.

Extension cords & high loads

Do not use extension cords for high-load appliances such as coffee makers, tumble dryers, water heaters, heaters, or heat pumps.

Sales & liability

Selling goods or services without approval is not permitted. The campground is not responsible for guests’ belongings; damage must be compensated by the responsible party.
